Can you set up a trust or company for a non-resident?
Yes. We set up and manage a trust in Mauritius, an offshore company in Seychelles or a company in Dubai for clients who live elsewhere, turnkey, from the first meeting to the annual return.
Which residence permits can you arrange, and can my family be included?
Investor, retirement and employment visas in Dubai and Mauritius. Residence permits include dependent visas for your spouse and children.
How do I get a Golden Visa in Dubai, or permanent residence in Mauritius?
Through property: a Golden Visa follows the purchase of property in Dubai, and permanent residence follows the purchase of property in Mauritius. We arrange the purchase and the permit. Each country sets and changes its own conditions, so we confirm the current ones with you before you commit.
Can a non-resident open an offshore bank account, and do you arrange it?
Yes, as part of your structure. In Dubai and Mauritius: multi-currency facilities, online banking, investment accounts and international cards.
Can foreigners buy property in Dubai or Mauritius through you?
Yes. Real estate in Dubai and Mauritius is part of what we arrange, together with the residence permit that can follow from the purchase.
I live in South Africa. Can I diversify out of South Africa and move wealth offshore through you?
Yes. Perfectus sets up and manages your structure in Mauritius, and Van Wyk Auditors in Pretoria looks after the South African side: audit, accounting, compliance and South African tax. Rules differ from one person to the next, so we go through your own position at the first consultation.
How does an offshore trust protect my wealth and my estate?
A Mauritius trust is set up under Mauritian law and is used for asset protection, estate planning, succession and confidentiality. How it works for you depends on how the trust is drawn up, which we settle with you at your private consultation.
